Mod Descripton: 

Adds an Alchemy book to the Census and Excise
Office. You will find it on the bookshelf as you
are leaving to go see Sellus Gravius. It's free
for the taking, and since I made the value of the
book only 1 gold, it's not much of a cheat,
however, for those who feel it is a cheat, then
feel free to drop some gold on the table. =)

There are a few alchemy books already out there,
but I wasn't really satisfied, and being a lover
of alchemy, I decided to make my own.

Everything in the book is listed alphabetically,
and I've included ingredients from Mournhold, and
Solstheim. You will also find some extra stuff at
the end of the book that should come in handy.
