steps in balmora, near the archways. Sells
numerous items, inc his own extra powerful repair
hammer and a night sight helmet,flight ring and
some teddies. SOME items may be a bit of a cheat ,
but then you don't have to buy them from him if
you don't want to. He also has some books . He's a
member of the twin lamps and will transport you to

This has been testes with numerous mods that add
to/alter balmora , with no probs.
