Mod Descripton: 

A house on the edge of Pelagiad, next to the
signpost,  surrounded by a very dilapidated fence.
Contains no massive uber items, though there is
one axe. Various decorative items are included;
there is a bathroom, kitchen and outside loo.
There is plenty of space to put your own items of
furniture and all the bookcases are empty. No
quest / key/hassles getting in, just walk through
the door & its yours
