Mod Descripton: 

Adds a small house to Morrowind, only accessable
from a small black bear on the wall near the
Argoninan Mission in Ebonheart.  This bear will
follow you as a companion, has max health so it
won't die, but won't do any damage in a fight. 
The house is nothing special, just a place to take
a rest and store any loot you can't carry.
