Mod Descripton: 

Shards come to Morrowind! Inspired from Oblivion,
a simple resource containing several meshes used
to make shard lights. An .esp is included for ease
getting it merged with your mod.

This is not finished work, I plan to do more but
hope you can enjoy this little release for now.
