Mod Descripton: 

Well i always liked Bethesda's Area Effect Arrow
plugin, but there where various small things i
didn't like with it that i fixed in this mod.(use
this mod instead of the original one, i do not
think this and the original would work very well
together)

Here is a list of the changes done in this

1.Reduces the lightning greatly, making it look
less ugly.

2.Removes the negative values of the items for
sale, so she will no longer have an unlimited
stock of items.

3.Places another ordinator in the shop.

4.Removes the daedric longbow and the dwemer
crossbow from the shop.

5.puts level 100 locks on all the large chests,
with a paralyze trap.

6.Increases Aradraen's mercantile skill to 100.

7.Gives Aradraen an extravagant robe and
extravagant shoes.

8.Moves around a few objects, nothing big.
