Mod Descripton: 

An another Westeros tourney cape add-on to
Someone1074's Capes and Cloaks (you will need it
to work!). Bolton Cape, made from their unlucky
enemy.  (They have coat-of-arms -  flayed man) .
You will add it in the CS and enjoy! (If you are
Bolton).  This cape is made for another Matrin fan
and my online friend Roose Bolton's Pet Leech.
