Mod Descripton: 

Fixes one of Bethesda's oversights: Salmo the
Baker in Skingrad doesn't sell his bread and
rolls.  Now he does.  In addition, this version
adds new breads, rolls, cakes and cheeses to the
game.  They are exclusive to the Skingrad bakery. 
The new food items are:

Aleswell White Bread
Anvil Rye Bread
Blue Cheese Wheel
Breadroll
Bruma Chocolate Cake
Cheddar Cheese Wheel
Cheydinhal Cheddar Cheese
Cornbread
Imperial Marble Cheese
Muffin
Summerset Orange Cake
Weynon Priory Blue Cheese

The new breads and rolls only have one alchemical
property, the cakes two, and the cheeses have the
standard four. For users of any of the hunger mods
these food items will not count toward satisfying
your food requirements.  The standard items (i.e,
breadloaf, sweetroll, etc) for sale in Salmo's
shop will.  Also, I have renamed the generic
Cheese Wedge to Bruma Skyrim Cheese. 
(the Editor ID remains the same so this will have
no impact on saved games)
I have also given Salmo unique containers and
leveled lists so that he only sells bakery goods.

Finally, I have altered Salmo's AI packages so
that he is not away from his shop for extended
periods of the day making his daily bread
deliveries.  His daily routine is as follows:

3am - Wakes 
4am to 6am - Bread delivery to the Castle
6am to 10am - Opens the bakery shop for business
10am to 11am - Bread delivery to the West weald
Inn
11am to 2pm - Re-opens the bakery shop for
business
2pm to 3pm - Bread delivery to The Two Sisters
Lodge
3pm to 6pm - Re-opens the bakery shop for business
6pm - Closes the shop
7pm - Dinner
9pm - Retires for the evening

Saturday and Sunday 

11am - 12pm - Attends Chapel services
12pm to 2pm - Weekend brunch at the West Weald Inn

Because Salmo is in and out of his shop during the
course of the day I have added a sign out front of
his shop that by activating it will inform you
whether or not the bakery is open, rather than be
frustrated when confronted by a locked door when
you think the shop is supposed to be open.
