Mod Descripton: 

Adds an armor and weapons shop in Anvil, selling
nifskope tweaks and retextures.  Light armor with
one heavy set.  Many new bump, glow, and normal
maps, and a couple of photobased textures.  No
voices yet, sorry.  I included the files in case
someone else can get them to work (that's what
makes it beta).

Cleaned through the details screen in the CS. 
Feedback sought on any potential bugs, but no
known problems or incompatibilites so far.
