Mod Descripton: 

There is now a Plastic Surgeon in Morrowind, you
can now change your appearance, race and even sex.
He is loctaed in Gorak Manor in Caldera. It cost
10000 Gold to change your appearance but this also
gets rid of any bounty you may have.
