This is my First morrowind mod and decided to to a
house.

About the mod : The Lair Adds a Medium Sized house
( By My standards)  just outside of Balmora.

Rooms: Library, Mages Lab, Thiefs lockup,
necromancers Room, And a Decent sized Main Room.

Hoping to make a V2.
