Mod Descripton: 

This is the first mod I put together, and I'm
finally brave enough to let others see my work. 
It's basically just a small 4 room (3 cells) house
a little south of Pelagaid, near the waterfront. 
I've included a screenshot in the archive to give
you an idea of its location.  Inside, there's an
Alchemy Lab and sorter, a Teleportation/Enchater
NPC, and a modest storage area complete with
mannequins and a few display cases.  A
teleportation ring is also included, along with a
few new weapons.  Any comments or complaints can
be directed to my email, which is in the readme. 
I hope you enjoy, feedback is greatly appreciated,
as it's my first publicly submitted mod.
