Mod Descripton: 

  This mod adds a fully walled and gated castle on
the shores of
Lake Rumare. To obtain ownership you must complete
a quest given
by Draven Marcell one of the Rumare Castle guards.
He will be
located at the front gate of the castle.(Tip-fast
travel to the
castle is possible without having been there
first) Though the
quest is leveled I would recomend you be at least
lvl 18 or higher
before even attempting.(unless you can afford a
gazilion health
potions and even then it will be tough) 
  
  Upon finishing the quest you will find a totaly
furnished
castle complete with landscaped exterior, lovely
gardens, a horse
stable area with a farm type garden. The interior
includes a
decorated courtyard, grand entry hall and throne
room, dining hall,
kitchen, servants quarters, guards quarters, a
temple room complete
with an alter of the nines, a grand royal suite
that includes a
study area, bed chambers with a working fireplace,
a mages area 
with a potion sorter, vault area, a large balcony
with a beautiful 
view of Lake Rumare and the IC, another very large
exterior promenade 
area with even more breath taking views, oh and of
course no castle
would be complete without a secret passage.
  
  There are also 9 resident NPC's 6 of which can
be used as companions.
They are guards of different combat classes, a
guard captain, and 
a mage. The guards are located in the barracks,
the captain has his
own quarters accessed from the courtyard, and the
mage is in the mages
room in the royal suite. The other 3 are a barmaid
that serves the
guards in the barracks, a cook in the kitchen that
will prepare meals
and snacks for you, and a wine maker that will
serve you his own
special recipe. All come with companion share so
you can dress and
equip them to your liking.
