Mod Descripton: 

This mod adds magical foci, items which a skilled
magician can use to gain constant magical effects
at the cost of a magicka drain. The effects are
mostly defensive spells. Unlike normal spells
which expire after a certain time, the foci
effects will stay as long as the caster has
magicka left. Magicka costs depend on the casters
skill in the given magic school.
Basically the meaning of this mod is to forget
about micromanaging several 30 seconds defense
spells, which have the bad habit to expire just in
the moment you need them.
There are foci for most magic schools: Alteration,
Mysticism, Restoration, Illusion and Conjuration.
The concept of this mod is based on Magical
Trinkets of Tamriel for Morrowind by Chris Woods.
