Less generic NPCs for Seyda Neen
enchanced

Seyda Neen is finished! This mod completely
changes 90% of the NPCs in Seyda Neen excluding
Sellus Gravius and the NPCs previously modded by
the old LGNPC team (thanks to them). A few good
quests were added (including the infamous Fargoth
revenge, bwah hah) and some others that would
considerably make Seyda Neen less generic.
