Mod Descripton: 

White Welkynd clusters now leave nice treasure.
There is a 75% chance of finding a level-based
empty soulgem, and a 25% chance of finding a
special Welkynd Stone.

I made new Welkynd Stone versions of all of the
Sigil Stones. I used exactly the same stats for
all of them, except for fixes to the two lower
versions of one of the shock damage combo's, as
the entries were wrong for the damage. (The
Descendent one had 15 for damage, and the Latent
had 20.) The corrections were only done for the
Welkynd Stone versions.

I also made two new versions of each combo,
Penultimate and Consummate. These allow for more
rewards for those of higher levels. When one is
battling goblins with over 1200 hit points, it
helps to have an elemental damage enchantment over
25 points.  I kept the same levels for the
Descendent through Transcendent. Penultimate
Stones become available at level 35, and
Consummate Stones at level 50.

(CHANGES IN VERSION 2.0: 
1.  The sound has been fixed for the containers. 
It now stops after the container is closed.
2.  The stones now use a soul gem mesh for the
ground mesh.  Any taken from Welkynd clusters
after installing the new esp will be repickupable.
 However any you got using the older esp will
still use the old mesh if you set them down.  And
that mesh floats in the air and cannot be picked
up if you set it down outside of a container.)
