Mod Descripton: 

This plugin adds a smith to Gnisis who sells
Solstheim armours, and also repair hammers.
The armours are Bear, Wolf, Nordic Mail, and Ice,
and each includes the Shield.
I've re-priced the Ice pauldrons to 1,200 gold,
which i think is more realistic than the 12,000
they were, compared with the Cuirass and Greaves
at 5,000 each.
