Mod Descripton: 

Adds a little Celtic pub, located just outside of
Vivec, near the silt strider.

It's a tribute to the long gone and much missed
Liffey Bar in New York, where I mis-spent much of
my youth.

Drink some poteen, eat some corned beef and
cabbage. Sleep it off downstairs. Try and steal
Sean the Ordinator's helmet.
