Mod Descripton: 

This adds a cozy winter retreat along the
coastline east of Thirsk. Lots of unique features
- such as restoration kegs, coffee and tea - plus
some standards like lots of storage and shelves, a
boat for travel, a ring for quick transport back
to the lodge, etc, plus a polar bear companion
named Basil!
A small quest to obtain the lodge is included.
