This is Stannis Cape add-on to Someone1074's Capes
and Cloaks (you will need it to work!)
Meshes are by him, retexture of Red cape by
me(Sandello), coat-of-arms by GRRM and taken from
Westeros.org. Only to play, not make money! 
You will add Stannis Cape in the CS and enjoy!
