Mod Descripton: 

This plugin changes all scroll enchantments to be
more powerful. It is meant to be used in
conjunction with <br> <br> Damar Stiehl's Mighty
Magick or a similar mod. Using this in vanilla
Oblivion will probably make scrolls <br> <br>
-too- powerful.<br> <br> I calculated the strength
of each spell using the matching castable spell
from Mighty Magicka and then <br> <br> multiplying
it by 0.75. So the scrolls are now 75% as powerful
as Mighty Magicka spells.<br> <br> This does not
REQUIRE Mighty Magicka, I did not use any of the
script effects or other things that Mighty <br>
<br> Magicka added, just stock spell effects. This
mod can stand o­n it's own or be used in
conjunction with any <br> <br> mod that changes
magic, spells, and even the scrolls themselves as
long as the enchantments assigned to the <br> <br>
scrolls are not changed.<br> <br> Scrolls will be
more expensive as well, some may be quite valuable
as some of the high level spell effects <br> <br>
are very very powerful, but these will be as rare
as the loot mod you're using makes them. I haven't
touched <br> <br> Levelled lists.<br> <br> Hope
