Mod Descripton: 

This is an executable version of the freeware
MP3-Encoder LAME and a batch file that converts
all WAV-files in a folder into the MP3 format
required by Oblivion or Morrowind.

Usage:
Copy lame.exe and mp3encode.bat into the folder
with .WAV files and start mp3encode.bat.

NOTE:
I stumbled upon this batch file and thought it
should also reside on other file servers so I
added a readme file and uploaded it here.
