Mod Descripton: 

This mod was made out of necessity, the necessity
for cozy, warm, and colourful<BR>houses. Mostly
because the cosiest housing mod I could find was a
depressing piece<BR>of trash where containers were
practically all that the house contained (Oh, the
irony).<BR><BR>This mod adds a farmhouse in Weye,
next to the Wawnett Inn. No quests, just
housing.<BR>The amount of space is modest. But the
containers can hold enough. In grand total
they<BR>will hold 28300.<BR><BR>The mod is
concentrated o&shy;n aesthatics. if you
don&#8217;t like it, don&#8217;t play it.
Possibly<BR>unbalancing, but not really. (Only in
the field of books)<BR>
