Just a hop-skip-and-jump from RAVEN ROCK! ....

Changes from 2.0 ....

Better lighting in main roon and downstairs. It
was TOO dark! I also added more rugs, a few items
(nothing too cheat wise), an outhouse behind the
cabin, (NICE touch!) and added a few more trees,
stumps, and fallen tree branches. That's about it,
nothing else was touched, but all in all, I think
it added to the atmosphere inside and out. ....
This is a quest/house mod, suited to Nord players,
but anyone can enjoy. There are a gazillion house
mods out there already, and I've tried the
majority of them, yet never seemed to be totally
satisfied, and though I made Ascadian Cottage
awhile back, I wanted more, bigger, and I also
wanted something in a house mod where the PC would
have to either buy the property or perform a quest
to gain access. Also, being a lover of Nords, I
wanted a Nordic setting, so was born, "Arctic
Abode." ....

The quest is not that hard and can be finished by
a lower level character IF you're careful. The
quest starts in Dagon Fel and is given to you by
an elderly Nord woman named, Sveta York who is
wandering the grounds. She will tell you a story,
give you the quest, and then you just need to
follow instructions. ....

I made it simple for newbies and lower level
characters to obtain something nice. After the
quest is completed, you will not only gain Sveta's
trust, but also gain a lovely Nordic Estate in
good 'ole Hirstaang Forest, Solstheim. ... See
