Mod Descripton: 

It is a texture replacer for glow effect. No .esp 
:)
This will remove the Magic Glow Completely as long
as you make the .ini adjustments as recommended!
Misty Moon's Clearer water and Weather settings do
this very well. 
Some people will not want to use this as it will
change the atmosphere of the game. That is fine,
but for those that don't mind the changes this
will do away completely with the magic glow.
I have included a copy of the changes in the
download. If you do not make the ini changes, this
will still work as long as you have good weather.
In water or fog the glow will still show up.
