Mod Descripton: 

You can find some new necklaces in a barrel
outside of The Bloated Float, from the Imperial
City, Waterfront. These necklaces are designed for
BAB (tested on females only), but some shorter
necklaces may also be worn with other bodies. Just
be careful of the bust/neckline where clipping may
occur.
