Mod Descripton: 

This started off as a library for all the books in
morrowind, or at least most of them.  However, it
changed and evolved until it wasn't even close,
now its more of a school for creatures, they al
have their own dialouge, and their own special
services.  It is mainly just a place for you to
look around and buy some stuff, but remember that
creatures sell for exact price, and buy for exact.
