This plugin adds some new features to your sneak
skill:
<UL>
<LI>Lighting-based sneak-skill modifier (bonus or
penalty depending on time of day/lighting)
<LI>Sneak-skill penalty for wearing medium or
heavy armor (optional)
<LI>Sneak Attack bonus (a fracture of your sneak
skill is added as Attack-Bonus)
<LI>Assassination (Instant Kill on a critical hit
with short blades and hand-to-hand)
