Note:<br> &nbsp;This mod conflicts with Sniper
Daria&#39;s amazing Japanese House. They&#39;re
both o&shy;n the same island. <br> <br> What You
Get:<br> &nbsp;A fairly simple cottage o&shy;n a
small island near the Vivec docks and siltstrider.
Phineus Venym sells souvenirs o&shy;n the roadside
just up from the dock, he can tell you about The
Key. You will meet a bandit named Mumpy. He has a
pretty good sword.<br> The cottage is simply
furnished, a main room with a fireplace and a
bedroom. Beneath the cottage is a damp, moody
underground&#92;water Velothi ruin. I&#39;m not
sure why it&#39;s there or what it was. More
storage and another bed. And mushrooms.<br> The
cottage has a level 100 lock. If you&#39;re good
you can pick it and not get in trouble, but then
you might not meet Mumpy.Your choice.<br> <br>
Requires:<br> Morrowind o&shy;n your hard drive.
