Mod Descripton: 

This adds bandits to the Construction Set. The
bandits have scripts to add a random item
according to level (I don't trust levelled items)
and are level 3, 6, 12, 24 and 48 bandits of every
race and gender.

NOTE: GMST's will occur if you have
Tribunal/Bloodmoon and edit this mod without
Tribunal/Bloodmoon both running.
