Mod Descripton: 

Ok.. After a year of playing Morrowind.. I
realized I had never o­ne time bought anything
from the merchant Clanlier. <br><br>Well. I got
o&shy;ne of my bright ideas.. Why not use that
prime location for a nice starter apartment, and
easy access to those in Balmora when you need it?
<br><br>Right ..<br><br>Ok then.. Here is the
deal.. Spirit approached Clanlier and purchased
his building, remodeled it for you all and herself
=g= <br><br>Almost everything in here is a
container. The containers are hugely maxed out..
The lower cabinets are containers as well as the
couch.. I figure , you can&#39;t sit down so might
as well make it something useful.<br><br>There is
o&shy;nly o&shy;ne of that potion.. So you can
either not use it or just delete it.. If you want
more you will have to find the id for it and
console it in.<br><br>This mod requires both
expansions. You&#39;ve got a nice rooftop garden
and a beautiful view, with a safty fence for those
lovely dinners outside in the cool evening air.
<br>I tried to make it homey.. I don&#39;t like a
lot of crap laying around.. I hope it&#39;s
alright.. Anyhow enough
