This mod adds a new race called Halvmer

*Note: This file has been cleaned with TesTools
and packed with
       TesFiles.

To install the plugin, unzip the files into the
"Morrowind" directory. 
>From the Morrowind Launcher, select Data Files and
check the box 
next to the Stebin_Halvmer.esp file.

This plugin will not invalidate your old saved
games...maybe.

Rhedd, Arathrax and Gorg

You can't use anything that I've made in your mod.
