Mod Descripton: 

This mod add a gang to Pelagiad that has a secret
shack somewhere(currently empty), a tower(where
there leader is), and the gang's shack.

NOTE: requires Tribunal, and has no unique
dialogue yet, if you know of a tutorial send me
the site.
