Mod Descripton: 

This plug-in has 25 face textures - Breton, High
Elf, Nord, Wood Elf, Imperial,  Redguard and
associated vampires, some glow-mapped.
For those who do not know, characters are not made
with this plug-in. The heads are in the  body
parts.
