Mod Descripton: 

Adds two combat races and two birthsigns. Based on
Shisshio from Rurouni Kenshin, The Scorned are a
well balanced race that can be played like any
other.  
The Werewolfs on the other hand are very powerful.

The birthsigns were made to go with the two races.
Homura Damma is based on a fighting style
revolving around flame and should be picked for
Scorned. Wolf Moon is highly recommended if
playing a Werewolf.
