Mod Descripton: 

Upon completion of The Underground 2's main quest,
the citizens of 
many towns celebrate your good deeds with fire
rocket shows. These
celebrations never end, unfortunately. Also, the
spiders added by 
The Underground 2 continue to spawn, even though
the spider 
laboratory has been destroyed. 

This plugin puts a globe on a shelf upstairs in
the Balmora 
clothier's living quarters. Before the main quest
is complete, it 
does nothing other than look pretty. But when
Mannec is defeated 
and the spider laboratory has been destroyed, a
note is placed on 
Milie Hastein's bed. Read the note and do what it
says to make the 
spiders stop spawning and put an end to the fire
rocket displays.
