Mod Descripton: 

This mod let's you plant all but six plants from
oblivion as seeds found in stores and out in
dungeons and such. the second part of the mod lets
all plants in the game grow, die, and create
offspring based on the days passing.
         This is my first public mod since
Morrowind, enjoy.
