Mod Descripton: 

What is this? I will explain...<br><br>This is a
house in a long abandoned Ancestral Tomb near
Pelagiad. I made it a long time ago as a personal
house mod for my character Grania, and decided to
tweak it a little, add a story, and release it.
The character I made it for is female, but I see
no real reason a male PC couldn&#39;t live there
too. I know I would. It&#39;s a lot nicer than the
dump I call home in Real Life(tm). As it should
be.<br>&nbsp; As is usual in my houses, there is
an insane amount of storage space. There is a nice
entryway, a kitchen, storage room, bedroom/bath,
dining room, and a study, with a very basic
alchemy space. Very basic, because I ain&#39;t no
alchemist, and niether is Grania. Still, it&#39;s
there. Enjoy.<br>&nbsp;
<br>__________________________<br><br>Story:<br><br>Grania,
a happy go lucky adventurer (and who isn&#39;t?)
is off to do some adventuring, as adventurers tend
to do. She won&#39;t be coming back, unless your
own PC is also named Grania, in which case I
suppose she will be coming back. In any case,
she&#39;s been having some trouble with her cook,
who...well, find out for yourself. There&#39;s a
note o&shy;n the front door. Read it.
